Experience from corporates, startups, advisory, technology and lifelong learning.
My professional journey has taken me through different worlds: international brand communication, digital transformation, my own ventures, building startups, business development, fundraising, learning & development and AI-related knowledge sharing. That variety is one of my most important strengths today. I know the logic of large organisations, the dynamics of young companies and the challenge of getting people excited about new paths.
An exciting and instructive journey that is far from over.

more to come
And what came out of them.
Biosquared
Concept for healthy, quick cuisine as an alternative to fast-food chains in the run-up to the FIFA World Cup in South Africa. We couldn't push it further on our own at the time and shelved the project after about six months.
dozeo
Participation in and contribution to a web conferencing platform. Supporting the marketing team in the go-to-market phase and using the technology to build a platform for group-based learning with top experts. The technology ultimately became AlfaView – a German provider of secure web conferencing.
Gurcles
Gurcles stands for Guru Circles – a platform for digital peer learning in groups. Up to 10 people can join forces to experience a session with a top-level expert. What would remain unaffordable for individuals becomes possible in a group. In addition to the session itself, there are extras like matching books and exclusive benefits from the experts.
PicnicPals
Building a format that brings people together over shared picnics and relaxed encounters – even during lockdown. Focus on high-quality, unique enjoyment experiences for couples and small groups that create real connection. Successful validation of the concept at four locations in Germany and Greece. Next steps in preparation.
Reparando
Participation in a project around the repair, reuse and sustainable handling of mobile phones. Focus on digital experience, speed and trustworthiness. The project was eventually liquidated and handed over to peers.
SupercoolSchool
Personal engagement around a platform for digital learning founded by Steli Efti: community-driven, approachable and pragmatic. After several pivots this eventually led to today's success story close.com – a CRM tool for sales teams.
WeinWirktWunder
Engagement for a format around wine, enjoyment and giving. Wine as an occasion to bring people together, share moments of enjoyment and do good at the same time. €1 per bottle sold goes to social institutions such as the children's hospice Sterntaler e.V.
WeinZeit24
Initiator of the umbrella brand for special places to stay along the German Wine Route. The accommodations are located at sought-after spots and partner wineries and stand out for an especially high standard of aesthetics, design and comfort. Perfect for couples and small groups who want to enjoy a few indulgent days in the Pfalz. Feel-good along the Wine Route!
10 things I've learned along the way so far.
- Technology only works when people understand it and want to use it.
- Good communication starts with truly listening.
- Big ideas need clear next steps.
- Impact rarely happens alone – usually through the right connections.
- You have to believe in it yourself for others to believe you.
- Startups need focus, speed and resilience.
- Raising external capital only pays off once product-market fit and first traction are there.
- It's rarely the first version of a product that brings success – startups need to stay flexible and open.
- Corporates need courage, translation and internal alignment.
- Learning isn't a side process – it's a strategic lever.
- To be continued…
Experience turns into impact when it meets the right challenge.
If you're working on something where my experience from corporate, startup, technology, marketing, learning or business development could help, I'd love to exchange thoughts.
